What really Creates the Sun, Daylight, Sunrise and Sunset?

This video below is one of the most interesting explanations I have seen about what creates our sun and daylight.

Irresepective of whether you think the Earth is round or flat, this information is fascinating.

Basically all the light we see (the yellow sun, the blue sky, the colours of sunrise and sunset) is plasma generated from the interaction of an electromagnetic field and the layered noble gases in our atmosphere.

What this means is that the sun as we see it does not actually exist, but is instead a source of energy interacting with helium gas in our atmosphere to make it appear yellow (and also feel hot).

We too are just plasma generated from an electromagnetic field!
